These past few months I have been working with Lee Anthony aka The Hard Money Guye on quite a few different loan scenarios and the experience has been excellent! Lee is very professional and courteous, and his expertise, knowledge and connections in the real estate investment space, is extremely valuable, whether you are a newer investor starting out or experienced and looking to grow. Not only was I extremely impressed with his diligence in moving deals towards closing, quickly and skillfully but how he will really go the extra mile in helping his clients even after closing! I worked with Mr.Anthony to get funding for a real estate deal i was trying to get off the ground. As I'm sure he would agree, it was an incredibly complicated and at times, difficult transaction due to certain circumstances but throughout the process Mr. Anthony was very professional and was always available to respond to all my questions or concerns.
